Providing professional procurement services for both direct and indirect spend categories, Strategic Procurement work closely with Business Groups and Corporate functions in conducting procurement reviews that take a total cost of ownership approach ensuring that optimum results are achieved.
Supplier Performance Management and Product / Supplier Sourcing are two other key responsibilities of Strategic Procurement.
